So years ago towards the end of ATLA’s run, when my mania had hit its highest point (I call it my highest point not because my love has dimmed in any way, it’s just this was when I was most actively drawing ATLA like non-stop), I just kept drawing every random thing I could think of.
For some reason, despite this being quite dated and probably dumb, I am still fond of it. Toph, however, is not fond of being used as Katara’s dress-up doll for a special Southern Water Tribe celebration.
Either Sokka will say she looks beautiful, and it’ll make her secretly feel better, or else Sokka will make fun of her ridiculous hair, and it’ll make Toph snort and laugh and invite him to go get smashed with her.

I just had to reblog for Lin’s face. I just had to. Lin - so awkward with children and her ex-boyfriend’s wife that this must have been the most horrifying crisis to ever befall her. No not even having her bending taken away because she is a freaking boss who went out with quiet dignity and all the honor. Equalists? Tch, I’m on it. Giant mechs? Oh, for a second I thought it was something serious. CHILD BIRTH WHAT ASDKGJASKGHAWOERUGBBGNB;ASNGSDNG SAVE ME, MOMMY
guys the collar. only royalty wears it. his lieutenant isn’t wearing it. i’m guessing he’s bumi and maiko’s daughter’s son. watch in the next episode, he’ll be like ‘hey uncle tenzin!’
I want this to be real so badlyyyyy. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if it just indicated general status and Bumi is/was a general at some point. Still I really, stupidly love the idea of Bumi/Zuko’s Daughter = General Iroh. People keep saying the collar indicates royalty so I’m wondering if everyone read this somewhere and I missed the memo…?
I am reblogging this mostly because I really, really want to say: I just love how Aang and Sokka eventually became bros. Like their moments together are just so underrated, but I really, really love them. They act just like derpy brothers without losing some of the essence of their original relationship, with Sokka still being snarky and teasing, while Aang just takes it in stride and drags Sokka into trouble. And then they become brother-in-laws later omg omg omg omg
